How long does shipping take?

We work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. Most packages arrive within 7–15 business days, and many customers receive theirs even sooner. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link to follow every step of the way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your order is fulfilled, we’ll send you a tracking link via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — if your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel and issue a full refund. Once an item is in production or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.

My package says delivered but I didn’t get it. What can I do?

If tracking shows it as delivered but you didn’t receive it, you’ll need a non-delivery certificate from your local carrier. Once you send it to us, we’ll help you with a replacement or refund.

What if something’s missing or incorrect in my order?

No worries — just send us a photo of what you received and your order number. We’ll fix it fast with a refund or replacement.
