General Policy

We aim to make the return and refund process as simple and fair as possible. If you experience any issues with your order, we're here to help. Please review the policies below carefully to understand your options and eligibility.

Refunds for Shipped Orders

Order Delays

If your order has no tracking info, is in transit, or delayed beyond:

  • 60 days from the shipping date (global)
  • 45 days for U.S. orders
  • 110 days for Brazil

— you may request a refund or free reshipment. Some exceptions may apply depending on destination and shipping method.

Delivered Orders

If tracking confirms delivery but you haven’t received the item, we require a non-delivery certificate from your local post office to process a refund or replacement.

Damaged Products

We offer full refunds or replacements for damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Evidence (photo or video) is required for approval.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order has missing or incorrect products, we’ll issue a refund or replacement after verifying the issue through photo or video proof.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if it hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Orders for special items (such as print-on-demand or preorder products) cannot be canceled once payment has been made.

Do I Need to Return My Item?

In most cases, returns are not required. Our team will inform you if a physical return is necessary based on your specific situation.
